Trimmer 2A

Trimmer 2A is PVC right-angle corner cleaning machine with 2 interpolated axis, with optimized automatic cycle and automatic profile recognition.
Trimmer 2A, which has a cleaning knife for universal processing of different outer corner contours, also features top and bottom units with knife for cleaning the welding bead grooves and top and bottom units with special tools for cleaning the inner corners.
Work on the inner corner can be completed with top and bottom drilling/milling units for cleaning inner corners or gasket groove. The machining units can be programmed independently thanks to a CNC PC which controls programming of the profiles and machine operation in manual or automatic mode. The machine, when configured with the appropriate tooling, can handle all types of standard profiles, including acrylic and film-covered profiles.
High standards of productivity and quality of the cleaning operations have been achieved by completely balancing the high dynamic performance with  the structural rigidity.
