A first at Fensterbau Frontale 2024: someco exhibits at its own stand

At this year's Fensterbau Frontale, which will take place in Nuremberg from 19 to 22 March 2024, PVC specialists emmegi will for the first time present a completely redesigned stand for the fair. The company will exhibit its complete range of 'someco' PVC on stand 512 in Hall 3A.
 

Since 2022, Voilàp S.p.A. has developed all PVC processing products under the new 'someco' brand name. Cutting centres, profile processing centres and products for assembly and logistics are manufactured at elumatec, while welding machines and corner cleaning machines are produced at Voilàp's subsidiary emmegi. The global distribution of someco products is divided between the sister companies. This pooling of PVC expertise means that the Voilàp Group can offer customers in the industry a consolidated product range. The presentation of the someco brand for the first time at this year's trade fair is not only the result of this grouping of competencies within our group, but also offers absolute added value to our customers.  Our international and inter-company sales team will provide visitors with all the necessary information about our machine and software solutions, designed to meet the highest technical specifications for efficient processing of PVC profiles.
 

Visitors to the someco stand will discover an absolute novelty: the new, innovative all-in-one SBZ 625/26 throughfeed centre is capable of doing it all, with up to 50 axes and 11 sub-modules for the complete processing of PVC profiles: it is a true masterpiece that will take our customers' PVC production to the next level. More information about the machine will be available on the someco website from mid-March. Another product on show for the first time in Nuremberg will be the new someco CM 4H, a larger and more powerful version of the CM 1H milling machine that allows up to four profiles to be shaped simultaneously. In combination with the fully digitally controlled someco SM 4H CNC welding machine, the system is the ideal solution for seamless welding. The third product debuting at the someco stand is an innovative new robot for gluing glass sheets. This production assistant for customers in the manufacturing sector speeds up the process of gluing glass panes into window sashes and gives them structural strength.
