Emmegi’s horizontal welding machine selected for the prestigious “ADI Design Index 2019”

Emmegi, a company of the Voilàp Holding Group operating in the design and production of machinery and systems for processing aluminium, light alloy, PVC and steel profiles, consolidates its leadership in the area of style and beauty.

FUSION 4H, the horizontal NC welding machine for PVC profiles, made by the company based in Soliera (Modena, Italy), has been selected by ADI (Industrial Design Association) for publication in the "ADI Design Index 2019" volume.

This is the first step towards the conquest of the prestigious Compasso d’Oro ADI award, now at its XXVI edition.

The official opening ceremony of the exhibition took place from 6 pm on Monday 14 October at the Leonardo Da Vinci Museum of Science and Technology in Milan.

Moderated by journalist Giorgio Tartaro, the event hosted several speakers including Lombardy regional counsellor for tourism, marketing and fashion, Lara Magoni, and ADI president Luciano Galimberti.

Over the next few days, visitors to the Museum will be able to admire selected works from the exhibition programme, which are on display from 15 to 20 October.

Thanks to the “Sight Lite” technology, visitors will be able to see the beauty and functionality of FUSION 4H in a 3D video.

The exhibition will be subsequently transferred to “Casa dell’Architettura” in Rome, where it will run from 23 to 26 November.
